Code meanings, thresholds, and procedures vary by model, year, controller firmware, and configuration. Always confirm readings with a calibrated instrument and the manufacturer's documentation before replacing parts or performing repairs.
Generators involve high voltage, rotating machinery, fuel, hot surfaces, and exhaust. Follow lock-out/tag-out and all applicable safety procedures. Never restart a unit after an overspeed, low-oil-pressure, or fuel-leak shutdown until the root cause is found and corrected.
Any default controller PINs shown are published factory defaults that may have been changed by the owner. Only access equipment you are authorized to service.
