This EULA is between you and gEncompass® LLC for the Generator Code Vault App.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on devices you control, for your own professional use, while your subscription is active.
You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or its database; (b) share support keys or account access; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the code database; (d) remove proprietary notices; or (e) use the App to build a competing product.
The App and all intellectual property remain owned by gEncompass® LLC. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
A support key unlocks the App for licensed users. Keys are issued to you personally and may be revoked if shared or misused.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimer for the full limitation of liability, which is incorporated here.
This license ends automatically if you breach it or your subscription lapses. On termination you must stop using the App.
