Effective 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Generator Code Vault (the "App"), owned and operated by gEncompass® LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own professional diagnostic reference. See the EULA for details.
Access requires a paid subscription of US$7.99 per month, billed through the applicable app store or payment provider, and renewing automatically until cancelled. See the Subscription Terms.
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App or its database, or share access credentials or support keys. Fault-code content is provided for licensed users only.
The App is a reference aid, not a substitute for the manufacturer's service manual, factory diagnostic software, or a qualified technician's judgment. See the Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for work performed on any equipment.
The App, its design, branding, compiled database, and the Generator Code Vault name and logo are the property of gEncompass® LLC. Manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners; the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time as described in the Subscription Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which gEncompass® LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
